CNN repudiates Fox, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh and Representative Michele Bachmann (R-Minn) about the lies they are spreading about the cost of President Obama's diplomatic tour to Asia. What ever happened to fact checking before spreading these outrageous claims. If you even run the numbers in your head, you can see things don't add up. They say he is taking 3,000 people, but booked 700 room at a swank hotel. That's a lot of people to double up in the rooms. As Anderson Cooper states, the entire war in Afghanistan is only costing $100 million a day. President Obama's trip to cost $200 million is ludicrous.
I hope other news organizations report as CNN has about the lies being spewed by the far right and how Fox is no news organization, or they would have fact checked before airing such an outrageous lie.
